rang at 3:30 am, we have no clue who this could be phoning therefore late. No msg. we searched for the no. & this states this was not a vaild region code. . whats is going on?

This is a Fax Number that a Debt Collection Department (?) called about a Fash Cash Loan (?) I have. The telephone # is 1-347-321-6497. A very thick India accept transferred me to a Consumer Representative right away on hold. When I hung up he kept calling back!! I do NOT know of any collection agency calling back right away after u hang up. Is this a scam? Are they located in India? I tried calling 1-347-321-6497 back and I received a busy signal. I called Proton Consulting Serives at 1-661-904-9867 and stated # is not available.
