who was listed for telephone no.?

This women has refused my request to stop calling and texting me. I have tried to block her number but was unsuccessful at it.I have asked this person several times to leave me alone and she is causing many problems between me and my wife. I am having to change my number, which i shouldnt have to all because of this crazy women and her nonstop harassment.

Did not answer this is the second number that has called me from this area code and I know no one from this area. I do not answer calls I do not know.

Said they were United Check Processing. Guy told me that I was to pay 290.00 or so for a check that was 176.25 plus 30.00 fee and interest. Tried to get a payment I set up a payment arrangements and called back to cancel it. I asked him for proof and told me to go to the bank and get the return check off of fis. Read me my whole account # and routing# over the phone this is against Federal Fair Debt Collecting Laws.
