University of Phoenix trying to get me to enroll into there college after I told them I would be holding off on attending there.

Called to tell me I had won a car, and a bunch of money. In order to collect my money I must send them 1% of the the 25 mil I had won. I TOLD them I was not interested and leave me alone. They have called me no less than 15 times today. I have used words, that I thought I would never use. They still will not quit calling, I finally just had to turn my phone off!
