unknown toll free number.

ruby from prizes and notification department called from 219 427 0300, listed in Gary Indiana saying I entered a drawing in January which I have no recollection of.  Says I'm a major prizewinner.  left 8 506 3445 as call back number, called back and it goes to voice mail with same voice

was this no. a real business no.

I keep getting calls from specified numbers. Hang Ups! No posts! I get these calls at least once a day. Could you please tell about the identity of the caller and the location or origin. Thank you.Dean

we recognise this b/c we do have a loved one in a correctional facility who rings us weekly.

Its a collection company. They try to get you to identify your address and name without telling you who they are collecting for.
