this number calls me everyday at the same time of day 9:43AM EST.  I've called it back and will get ringing and then the call drops.  Very annoying.  Like to find out who this is?

Reporting him to his manager, if he even has one, is useless as this is highly likely a SCAM operation to cram light bulbs down your throat whether you want them or not and his 'manager' is part of the scam.
