FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

spoke to a 'John Miller' from a 3rsd associate from Bell CVanada. dont think this is his real name. had to ask for his employee nunber several times he came up with 10762- asked to speak with his mgr. he didnt know his mgr name. and when i probed again. and he put me on mute. or so he thought and then i was mysteriously discconected. I should work for the CRTC. I want to call back my friend John butdont want the bell bill

keep on receiving rings with this telephone number & these people dont ID. themselves, put the phone down , & subsequently start phoning with 'unknown caller'. This just recently started.

Have began receiving numerous large file text msgs on cellphone. cant download these.

Calls come from this number at least once a day. I do not answer, and they do not leave messages. I've reported the number to FCC.
