received texts that say hey and won't say who they are

This caller calls my house and asks if we speak spanish.    When we say no or ask what the call is about, they hang up.    We have asked numerous times for them to remove us from their list as we are on the national Do Not Call Registry, but they hang up immediately.    We cannot talk to a supervisor because the caller hangs up on us.    THEY WONT LEAVE US ALONE. WE ARE FED UP WITH THEM.

identical here, we think these people rang before however never ever ended up leaving a msg that time either. have to be telemarketing.

This number sends me a text that someone i know of wants me to see a link for an app. It's spam
