Once one goes and looks the number up again and again with different numbers changing all the time it may appear someone could possibly be a way to herd people like cattle to these sites that make monies off your ad clicks and the use of your IPO address that now follows your movements with tracking cookies. Just think of the traffic this type of search generates! You will notice the more this technique is used the more companies you see come online that offer information in your search for unkown numbers. Very profitable way some companies can generate a whole hell of alot of revenue. Eventually this if it is a scam is getting closer to being revealed.
