continually calls my 11year old sons phone

I received a call from this number telling me that they were process servers and a sheriff officer was going to serve me papers and i need to be home or have someone there between the hours of 8 and five to receive these paper only three attempts will be made than a failure to appear in court will go against me. I have no idea who these people are
