3 phone calls I do not want.

I got a text from this number saying my google email account got hacked. After responding (and getting a machine) It asked me to input the 2 digit code it gave me online. The thing is that I received a text with the code AFTER I got the call. This has left me highly paranoid as when I called the number I got an answering machine that seemed to be legitimate but I'm still worried.
