Even my phone marked this as spam as it was coming in.

Do you recognise to whom belongs this no.

857-271-5713 This number called me claiming that I had a legal case pending against me and I do not have any items in collections.

Idid not take the call someone else did

Has person calling way to much. havent ended up leaving a message. & stated nothing soon as we did reply

Received SIX calls from this guy starting at 5:51 AM PST. His CID even stated that it was from Kingston Jamaica. He left a message at 6:41 AM that he was with the IRS. He left the name "Eric" and has a program for me (by name) and will call back with details. Another call at 6:42 AM, I answered and when he said he was with the IRS, I told him that I knew he was calling from Jamaica and that I would submit his number as harassing through the Do Not Call Registry of the Federal Trade Commission and also report him to the California Attorney General office Called again at 6:44 AM I spoke with him; He said he was with the IRS, called me by name. When I asked, he said his name was Isaac (Van-something) and when I asked him to spell it, he hung up.

why do these bird brains continue to call? i can't block the number.
