Cancer Health called! Did not answer as I have been getting scam calls from cancer fund raisers lately! Had checked on one-was a scammer and let them know, they hung up on me. Now again from another area code! Do they ever stop?

called my cell and left a message did not return the call said he was a UOS delivery person with a package t for us

They said nothing but keep calling and hanging up. I tried to block them but I get calls anyway. Why don't they leave a message? I just got this phone number so know its no one I know.
