Upon completion of said job he only paid 12 of total in which he was going to pay me in 2 days the balance.. Ive been ripped off.He has made allegations that Ive been harassing him and his boss. I dont know his bosses number.

This number is being used by a identity theft ring. They call and want to verify you personal information. If you call the number they won't give their name or the company name.

I get 2-3 calls a day from this number by a guy named Milton.
I called that number with *67 prefix to block my number and asked for their address and this is info he gave:
