these people claim the are the university of Phoenix & that we owe 'em money for classes that were paid for by financial aid & student loans. we have requested 'em to send us a detailed statement of charges, however these people refuse to communicate via me postal service or even email. we believe it is a con. we do not think we owe 'em money cos financial aid & student loans paid & these people did not start stating we owe 'em until we withdrew with the program soon after being constantly lied to about the program
