FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

We get frequent calls from this number. Obviously it is a fax machine because all it does is beep.  I want to get this stopped.

Impersonated an officer and threats to try to collect a debt.

Said I could get free finance grants

Called 3x and hung up without leaving any messages. Called the number back and got "Harbor Filing Service". On the outgoing msg they reference website www.harborfiling.com (which is not very informative), but states that they are "filing agents" for "child support and other civil matters".

Received a call. Did not answer. No message left.

This no. rang our home four times in thirty minutes. Now these people just put the phone down we want it to stop. i am on the do Not ring Registry.

we keep on receiving calls, reply 'em & no one was there. I have a pay and speak phone, does anybody recognise how we can quit this. Thank you
