They called immediately after we indicated on a website that we did NOT wish to be contacted regarding college information. When we answerd the call the voice was barely audible-it was mostly static. Told them not to call back. They have called twice so far.

got calls from this number bout 3 or 4 times picked up on all of them never heard a word from the other end, its weird though cuz they'd call, then i try and call back and it says 'this number is not in service'
