Millions Call

This number has been prank calling and texting me for over a week. I do not know who they are and they are quite vulgar.

I have worked for this company for over 5 years. I can tell you right now that the language you say was used was not used, no matter what you thought you heard. You are fired immediately if that is said, because all of calls are monitored, some recorded (we never know when) I know that John is still working there, and I'm sure he has no criminal record. CMS is a huge company that spans the US and Puerto Rico and the world. I know that companies send out tons of bills before something is sent to collections, so it's safe to say that you were notified by the original company before they sent you to collections, even then you would receive 5 letters from Transworld/CMS then 1 from CMS itself. A collector should be asking questions because these bills are usually 2 or more years old and if you have moved they want to make sure you don't skip out on another one.
