when he is phoning in to a *business* telephone no. he is not in violation of the donotcall registry. (Of course, the rest of the pitch is pure scam!)

Claimed to be from a health company ("Festus Health" or "Festive Health"?). Once they answered the phone, they hung up on me within 1 second of their "greeting". Most likely this is a spammer in the process of gathering active telephone numbers, and ding-a-lings like me just confirmed that my cell phone number is an active, viable number. :(
