Millions Call

I didn't receive any calls from this number, only this is the number I was given to cancel appointment set from a company that's selling insurance for Blue Cross and Blue Shield. I called them today, asking a few questions; and that the number for rep that called me yesterday (to remind me of appt.) at 919-459-2671 name Jerome; was not answering. This is when I was told sends calls, doesn't receive calls to that number. I hope that has answered questions anyone here may have about either number?!
