had a ring with somebody known as Joseph stating that she wanted to confirm some info about a check we wrote for security purposes. she did not even ask for anybody in the household by name. exactly what the heck was going on? seems just like a con to us.

just get part of a recording that says yes or no. have no idea who it is don't owe any bill collectors
