Spam they call every day

we believe it is with Dish Network informing us our account arrears. we have never ever got a account at Dish Network, therefore this would be to ignore these calls.

debt collectors please block do not answer, annoying scavengers

I have gotten two messages from this number saying they are from CAR and Associates. They want to talk to me about a debt in my name and social security number. They do not ask for anyone and I am unable to get a hold of them when I return the call. I have no outstanding debts.
