FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

we often had a ring with this no., & soon as we attempted to ring back or reply the phone,. this hangs up.

called my cell at 4:43 am . Silcence when I answered.

This number keeps calling over and over again. But, when I try to answer I get a dial tone or silence. They call repeatedly from early morning to night.

some kinda scam, had a piece of letter with no return address, stating to ring this no. about U. S. Flight Rewards. do not do it!

received a call from 858-914-5242: asking for the place owner when I asked who it was they told me not to be "metiche" and not ask questions that I was harrassing him>>>WTF! seriously you are the one calling sir.., and you make no sense///

credit card bull, entered 3 for no calls, will see

we had this ring at 6:15am Wednesday afternoon (of our holidays!). we din't get to reply this, & the Calling-ID showed the name as 249913371224.
