FCC Complaint: Live Voice

We get calls from this number very often - so annoying.  'Alternative Res' shows up on our id.  No one answers and a fax sound usually comes on.  When we return cals, we can not reach anyone to ask to have our number removed.

This SECOND call came to my cell phone, which is on the FTC's 'do not call' registry, from a company called Alianza, in Utah. It came after I told a previous junk caller from this company to go away! It was a solicitation to buy VoIP service. Even though the company is in Utah, the number on the caller ID was in the 604 area code -- British Columbia -- probably in an attempt to avoid FTC complaints for junk calls. (VoIP providers can generally assign numbers in any area code.) But the law says that if the company is in the States, it's liable.

for reduced rates on your current account - 9 calls in a row. I HAVE NO ACCOUNTS! I have pressed 9 to be removed from further notices but keep getting calls.

I have got a check from this guy and said to deposit it into my account. i dont even have an account. it didnt even come from him. it came from a foster care thing from georga and called the bank it came from and was not vaild.  he did ask for my account number.  but i didnt even tell him it was ok to send the check. but now i dont kno what to do with the check. and he sent me emails from three different ones.

these people just rang us & did not say a single thing therefore we rang 'em back & did the same.  I hate these companies!
