Calls repeatedly leaves no message

I didn't answer and when the call went to the answering machine no message was left.

Called, saying they needed to "verify my electricity bill" in a thick Indian accent. I asked where (what company) they were calling from. "New Jersey" was the reply, to which I asked them not to call back and hung up.

RRS called said they had a complaint, and to either call or have attorney of record call. No mention of the nature of the complaint.
