Mexican immigrant currently residing in Worthington named Valentine. Harasses women when he can get their number. Can be abusive. Calls late at night when he's been drinking. Asking him to stop or threatening with action only makes him more persistent in calling.

The man called atleast 15 times. Harrasment much? We opperate a Kitchen Store and he claimed that he wanted to put a order in for a large appartment complex in the area. Come to find out after spending hours drawing designs and putting together samples he was only trying to sell advertisment. When I called back to make an appointment to go over the drawings he set a time and a place. Sure enough we meet with him to show him our drawings, and in return he handed us a packet of differnt advertising packages he offered. All of this just to meet with us and try to take our money. BEWARE OF THIS PHONE NUMBER!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

They have called my cell even after i have block them. This is three times. They don't leave a message.

It rings twice, I answer it hangs and then I try the number back and number is disconnected. This number calls my house several times a day! I work night shift so I sleep during the day! I want ever it will quit calling. I received several calls from this number at work, when I have chanch call back I get the message he was disabled.
