we had a ring earlier today with some man with a foreign accent proclaiming that We are being sued by "payday" & that we should pay them $500 to help us out. we requested for her name & the law company she is phoning with & she refused to give us any type of info. we yelled at them & stated we would report them to the FBI. she put the phone down on us. silly scam artist.
