these people can input into software whatever no. these people hope to show. it is rang spoofing & was most likely illegal, but, since, in our case, it is collections folks, these people do not care; these people would rather take the chance that their firm will get fined & that they, by receiving you to pick up, might get the ring recipient to pay a delinquent debt, and, thereby, collect a commission, for themselves. it is stupid, however these people are bored, therefore these people put in a no. these people believe was cute

i got one too just now i looked it up and its from ocala leased by deltacom not sure how they got my name

Receive a call from (914) 840-2596 at least once a day. When I answer, they hang up. Calling back takes me to a recording stating the business is Protocol Recovery and then another message says I'm being forwarded to the Operator. After the recording ends my call is transferred to an unknown destination where it endlessly rings without ever an answer.
