number keeps calling no message left try to call number back just to get a message stating number no in service.

Called at 1:30 AM! first time.then now twice in a row at almost 3pm. Caller only said hello a couple of times then hung up.

ring with somebody known as 'Jonathan' proclaiming i would won a Powerball jackpot & wanted to send $450 to get this delivered.
