it is a firm rang Apex Financial & these people ARE HORRIBLE at customer service. we too got a ring with a Jason & she demanded that we 'let them finish her thought' we guess anybody can be a telephone representative these weeks. even those that belong in a mental ward. we rang their corporate office at 480-2-9950 & complained. Here was their local address 8160 south Hardy Drive Suite 110 Tempe, AZ 85284M. G.
