FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

somebody keeps on phoning our mobile. when we do not figure out who this is, i am telling the police about this.

I received 2 calls at home and 1 at work.  The caller would not identify himself but he was a foreign speaking gentleman.  He proceeded to tell me that he had been asked to call and brief me on my case because a lawsuit had been filed against me.  He told me I needed to provide him with my attorney's information and that if I did not cooperate with him, I would suffer the consequences.  I repeatedly asked where he was calling from and he finally hung up on me.

Caller ID said "Spam"

Keep texting me and using up my texts

pretending to be process servers threatening to serve papers. Real process servers don't call and warn they just show up.
