I got a call about my factory coverage about to expire on my car and from now on I was told I will have to pay out of pocket unless I call them and have my coverage reinstated. My car is 18 years old, I pay everything out of pocket and I am not the original owner. I never heard of being covered for any repairs.They never asked for me by name. Do you know who they are? It sounds very fishy!
