really We are receiving sms msgs with 'em stating 'why will not u rtn our text'. Now we see it is SprintVerizon who we owe money to. cannot pay when you arent making enough.

Female person calling, requested when this is City Hall, acted as when mis-dialed & subsequently put the phone down. (It should be noted that there was software that allowsthe person calling to enter a different telephone no., & details other than the actual no. you're phoning from. therefore the no. & info you see on Calling-ID may not be valid).
