hang up calls received with this number showing up .. caller ID shows wireless caller

We just received a letter stating that a loan was opened in our name with GEMoneybank...it is not our loan. It had this # to call for customer service. I am calling the bank direct with a number from GE and not from the letter I received. I think they are looking for us to call and complain along with giving them our social security numbers.

Illegal prerecorded call

Got a call but was on another call and could not answer. I tried calling back but got a message that the number or code I was calling was incorrect. I assume it was some spammer.
