Realtor cold calling to see if I want to sell my home

I keep getting calls from  760-526-8580. When I answer, they hang up. It happened three days in a row.

My phone says "payprotec". Don't know what it's for but we wish not to receive any more phone call from them.

Called twice in one day, did not leave message either time.

No one there. Number is not in service.

Reported as Unsafe and Scam Risk. No Caller ID. Fails to leave voicemail. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Report to FTC and block number.

They called me to tell me that they had "technicians" in my area to inspect my heating and cooling "for free." Asked me a bunch of questions and then asked me for my full name and my full address to send somebody for an appointment to inspect.
