I got a call from 916-650-1766. I don't know who this is.

Person saying that I took out a payday loan online. Said that I 've not paid it back. I said I would like to know the company supposely and they said its past that point and that the are going to file a fraudlent claim and failure to pay it back. I said I dont know what your talking about and if they could send me some papers about this loan and they said that it past that point. They said they if i wanted to pay or have my attorney call them.

Got a call from these people claiming to be a law firm and that I had criminal charges against me. They want to settle for a supposed loan that I had received via the internet. It's a scam, don't fall for it. A law firm would never call. You would be contacted by the court with jurisdiction first.
