A consumer user from Greenupky, Kentucky received an unsolicited call from 740 233 4956 and reported the caller to the FCC

this is a fraud email account.

Hang up call.

I just started receiving calls from this number. ..I don't answer them and will block them with Mr. Number and on my phone...don't need the aggrevation.

Someone call from 647-8-7857 around 11 pm 16 March he say very bad insulting and racism words(I record call). I trace call and have name. I will report to human rights for hate and racism.    After few minutes he disconnect and not call again.
