call comes in usually betwen 8AM/8:30 AM or around 5PM on my cell phone.  Who is this?

After saying hello there was no response. They hung up.

it registered for 1 second.

do not give these people money..this is a scam and a bad one.this is a filtered number the call come from a scrambler overseas...they have been located to please notify anyone thats has sent money to keep track of all evidence...they will be contacted
