i belive it is a collection agency or scam artist but not sure!

Calling-ID 'Cell telephone NY' . APR 17@10:02am EDT… we dont reply rings we do not know. these people didnt pass on a msg.

ring four times a day, doesnt pass on a msg. we think this was GC Collections services.

I received a call from this number stating that I had a complaint filed against me, and that I had been notified., and that I would be severed at my House or my employment, or school, to please hold on the line, I Hung up, you cant not be notified by phone. to be Severed!!!
