recorded ring stating these people happen to be attempting to get in touch about ur (my)current credit card, bull. subsequently say these people wanna sell you lower intrest rates when you press 1. we pressed this to figure out who these people are (for 800 notes, lol), these people requested when we needed lower intrest rates & we stated no, therefore these people put the phone down. LOL. may be valid however we do not care.
