Millions Call

The very thick accent on the other end told me that I won 1.5 million dollars from "UPS the delivery company". I told them never to call this number again and that it old report them.

They left a message for me to return a call to area code 866 I was unable to place a call to this area code because I recently placed a block on all out of country calls. I assume this was an out of country call. They they were calling from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Since it was a weekend I could not contact customer service at Anthem until Monday
