Trying to get social security number

Places phone-call and does not respond once call is answered. If you try to call back the phone-call cannot be placed. Unsure if it's a robocaller or someone dialing. Does not leave voicemail.

that i had won a $1000 target gift card due to my entry in last montha drawing . . . i do not remember doing that . . . in fact did not

I would also like some info on this #. They called me twice today. Always comes up as unknown.
