do not recognise who cos we didnt have the energy to speak to another bill collector. anybody else owe these ppl money? we just like to recognise who We are dodging.

Phone rang very quickly. When answered no one talked. Just heard a bunch of people talking in the background. Then they hung up.

I won 2nd place and did not enter!

FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

This cell phone number seemingly from Bowie, TX, keeps calling the house phone. When answered; caller hangs up. When unanswered, never leaves a voice mail. When called back, goes into voice mail with only the telephone number identifier. Needless to say annoying, particulary since  that number is unlisted. Any help identifying this caller would be greatly appreciated.
