Same scam - says he works for oil - but gives no details about his life - where he works? where he lives? just gives city names but no address - i assumed he was fake.

get a ring nearly at midnight, soon as we rang this back had a recorded message that the no. was cut off. How was that possible?

Calls but never leaves a message.
