Sent him an email that he obviously received thru his phone because I get this lovely message back almost immediately that simply said in all caps X OFF.  Coure y'all will need to fill in the blanks where the Xs are.  :o)  He obviously has anger issues.

They call with the same message they are state attorney office or with the state of Ca. they can't even speak english. Scam, big time

Caller hangs up when the phone is answered with anything other than the standard "Hello..."

dozens for weeks all start 740-280-xxxx last 4 very..

Left 5 second voicemail in chinese.

Not always spam. I had called Priority Health and when they called back to confirm some information this number came up. Be advised that if you called them they may call back from this number.

This call comes in again from mineral Virginia with the same person identifies herself as Jessica. Please stop these calls.
