The call was from ResortPros.net or Resort Pros Network. The lady who called wanted to resell weeks (minimum $1000 per week) that are available for discounted purchase through RCI Vacations. The product she mentioned was Last Call Vacations Getaways - "Last Call vacations are booked within 45 days of travel, and the prices are always less than $300 USD for the entire week!" Sounds like a great deal. But she wanted $2500 up front. I looked up Resort Pros Network on the BBB site and it had an "F" rating with lots of complaints. I mentioned this to the girl and she said that it was not her company. The curios part was that the domain name for her company - resortpros.net - is registered to the same exact address under a company name of Global World Investments. I mentioned this fact to her and she sidestepped it, got annoyed that I was asking questions and ended up hanging up on me. I think it is a scam.
