Well.

I have received several calls from this number. I answer and I get a recording saying if you are Penny Wilson press 1, if you are not Penny Wilson press 2. I press 1 and nothing happens. My question is, is it typical that a debt collection company would some how get a local number to call you at? This is local and when I google it, it says it is located in my city. Anyone have a clue?? Is this a new tactic?
