    I got a letter from the California State Controller that upromise reported I had Misc Intangible Property.  They said to contact the number (this one) to retrieve it.  So I called and a machine answered 'Thank you for calling upromise re-activation line' somewhere in those words.  Then it hangs up.  I decided to search it to see if there was any reviews.
