Spam Texter needs to be stopped

There was a call on my cell from 913-850-5570 with no name. I called the number back and reached Dave at Cintas First Aid & Safety on a landline using the number above. He said that was not their number and that no employee in their directory had a cell phone with that number. Per Dave, Cintas is located in Lenexa, KS. He said they do not do telemarketing.

Called anonymously left a have message that I could barely understand. Got the gist it was a collection call. Tried to call number back and said some sort of test was complete.

had a msg with David Salmon of the Federal Claims Bureau looking us to ring back at 866-832-9533. This no. doesnt showup on a reverse lookup. soon after reading the other reports about the (Federal) Claims Bureau calls, We are sure this was a con of some sort. we dont plan to ring back.
