FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

I got sick of the calls and add an app called Robokiller. It blocking spammers and answers with a funny fake person and message.

Same think here, this number which showed up as Gennock and Genno called.  I answered, and no answer back.  Google only led me here.  No problems, wonder if this is a scam number?  Tried calling back busy.

Some kind of campaign.. I'm sure they wanted $

Don't know this company. who is this?  I am on the no call list.
