    I was called late at night, caller said they were an IP Relay person. The person calling us was typing in from a computer, and he was just telling us the message. I asked who was the call from, and he said I could ask the person who was sending the message, I told him NO and hung up the phone. About 2 minutes later they call us back, but I did not pick up the phone. I got thier phone number off of the caller ID.
